Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges for Personalized Products

In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for products that are personalized according to the consumer's special requests and needs (such as products with name engraving, special sizes, or custom arrangements). Therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted for personalized pet products such as ID tags, collars, etc.

However, as an exception for customers requesting changes solely for assistance purposes: After the returned product reaches TagsForever, and if the customer covers the shipping cost, 70% of the product price can be issued as a gift code to be used on tagsforever.com.

Return Conditions for Non-Personalized Products

For non-personalized products, returns are accepted if the following conditions are met:

• The product must be unused and in resellable condition.
• The product must be delivered in its original packaging and undamaged.
• The return request must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return Shipping Fee

In return processes, the shipping fee is covered by the customer. Returns sent without paying the shipping fee will not be accepted. To initiate a return, you must contact us to receive approval and then send the product to the specified address with the shipping fee paid.

Production & Shipping Information

The production time for our products is 4 (four) business days. Our production office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Orders are shipped via HepsiJet, and shipping fees are included—there are no extra shipping charges.

Examples

• An order placed on Monday will be shipped on Friday.
• An order placed on Thursday will be shipped the following Wednesday.

Please note that all products purchased from our website are made-to-order exclusively for you, starting from scratch once your order is placed. This applies even if you do not choose personalization.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges for Personalized Products

For personalized products, exchanges are not accepted as these items are prepared according to special requests and needs. However, if a production error occurs by TagsForever (such as incorrect name printing, defective print, etc.), customers are entitled to a free exchange including shipping costs.

Exchange Conditions for Non-Personalized Products

For non-personalized products, exchange requests are accepted if the following conditions are met:

• The product must be unused and in resellable condition.
• The product must be in its original packaging and undamaged.
• The exchange request must be made within 2 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange Shipping Fee

The exchange shipping fee is covered by the customer. However, in cases where the exchange is due to a production error, the exchange process is provided free of charge, including shipping.
